Hard Conversations Workshops: Taking the blog series into practice.

In the Real Talk blog series, we dive into the heavy topics caregivers face—from long-term future planning and independence to sexuality and gender identity. Our live workshops take those topics a step further. Led by a seasoned educator and counselor, these practical sessions give you the actionable tools, communication frameworks, and confidence to hold these crucial conversations on your own terms.
